We are looking to hire an experienced veterinary technician – applicants should have at least two years prior experience as a veterinary technician. Skill set should include, but not limited to, client communications and education, triage, catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, radiology, dentistry, and lab processing. We are looking to hire 1-2 full-time kennel technicians. The job entails caring for all canine and feline patients while boarding, day boarding, and in the hospital. Kennel technicians also assist the doctors and veterinary technicians with medical patients throughout the day. The kennel technician is in charge of caring for the patients first and foremost, including feeding, walking, and bathing. A desire to clean is a must – the position entails a LARGE amount of cleaning. Must provide excellent patient care and a passion for helping animals. The job is physically demanding but very fulfilling. The job will include regular weekend shifts as well as weekday hours.
