Our COVID-19 Protocols:
We appreciate you all being patient with us as we navigate curbside service to help better protect our staff and clients through this unprecedented time. The health and well-being of your pets remain one of our top priorities. We are monitoring the Corona virus news closely and are taking steps to help reduce the spread.
Our clinic remains open and is operating under regular business hours–Monday-Friday 7:30a-5:30p and Saturdays 8:00 am-12:00 pm.
We wanted to remind everyone that we are allowing clients to enter the building for their pet’s appointments! We do ask that you wear a mask at all times while in the building and that only one client is in the building with their pet at any given time in efforts to socially distance and reduce exposure/spread. In efforts to reduce exposure/spread, we do ask that only one client is in the lobby at any given time. In efforts to keep things moving efficiently while cutting down on lobby traffic we are enforcing the following:
1-We ask that a single pet owner arrives with their pet for appointments in the building (exceptions are being made for humane euthanasia in efforts to not withhold this special time from our clients or their fur children). If multiple people are required to attend an appointment, we will provide curbside assistance for your pet/appointment to allow appropriate social distancing.
2-All clients in the building MUST wear a mask appropriately (over the nose and mouth) at all times while in Trophy Club Animal Hospital.
3-We ask that NO clients enter the building if they have been sick, have been around a sick individual within the past 14 days, or are immune-compromised. We are HAPPY to provide curbside service to both protect you and our staff.
4-We are STILL OFFERING FULL CURBSIDE SERVICE for the customers that prefer the convenience and safety of their vehicles. We ask that if you have sat in your car for longer than 5 minutes prior to someone coming to your vehicle, that you do not hesitate to call us again. We are relatively new at navigating curbside service and do not have any desires for you to be waiting for an excessive amount of time on us. If your pet is in the hospital being treated, please do not hesitate to run errands. Please keep your cell phone on you at all times so we may reach you to discuss your pet’s care.
5-We ENCOURAGE drop-off appointments to cut down on contact time in the building.
6-All GROOMING and BOARDING drop off patients will remain curbside. Please remain in your vehicle and call the hospital at 682-237-4002. We will send staff out to bring your pet indoors.
7-ALL prescription and medicated diet refills should be made over the phone or via email. We will gladly bring these items to your vehicle and process payment over the phone or curbside.
For the protection of our patients, clients, and employees, we are taking additional steps to provide a safe and clean environment.
*We are minimizing all person-to-person contact and encouraging social distancing.
*We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of all high touch surfaces throughout our facility.
*We ask that you schedule your pet as a drop-off appointment, especially if any of the following apply: you are sick, you have recently traveled to the high-risk environment, or you are displaying any respiratory symptoms. We have drop-off appointment forms on our website that can be completed digitally, and we are happy to provide curbside assistance to ensure the safety of you, your pets, and our staff.
*As always, exam rooms are disinfected between patients with a healthcare grade disinfectant.
