Dr. Rachel Speed
Veterinarian
Rachel Speed Webster, DVM attended Texas A&M University for both her undergraduate work and Veterinary Degree. She has over 18 years experience working in both day practices and emergency hospitals. Dr. Speed graduated in 2007 with her doctorate and moved to DFW. Before opening Trophy Club Animal Hospital, she practiced medicine at the Animal Emergency Hospital of North Texas and Specialty Center for 10 years working intricately with highly trained specialists in the veterinary field. Her special interests include: customized preventative medicine, internal medicine, ultrasound imaging, and surgery. Dr. Speed’s passion is to cultivate a genuine relationship with people and their beloved pets.
She enjoys spending her free time with Ryan, her husband, and their two daughters. Their four-legged children include 4 rescue pups: Roofus, Eddie, Zipper and Fat Max; 5 rescue kitties- Pop, Snap, Ninja, Pepsi and Socks; and 6 horses- Ringo, Pecan, Flicka, Flex, Slider and The Dude.

Dr. Payton Wise
Veterinarian

Dr. Jayme Griffin
Veterinarian
Upon returning to the metroplex, Dr. Griffin spent more than a decade focused in emergency and critical care at local hospitals, including the Animal Emergency Hospital of North Texas, where she met and worked with Dr. Speed.
In more recent years, Dr. Griffin has transitioned to day practice, where she strives to offer quality, compassionate, and stress-free care. She has a growing interest in pain management and alternative medicine, which she hopes can add to the highest quality of life possible for her patients.
Outside of work, Dr. Griffin enjoys sharing fine food with her family, being outdoors, hiking, fitness, and crafting jewelry. She shares her home with her husband, Morgan, Macy the lab mix, Mac the shepherd mix, Amigo the “spicy” chihuahua, and cats Inky and Joe.

Dr. Erin Mairs
Veterinarian
When not at work, she loves to spend time with her family and her pets (Captain, Sprite, and Duke). She is a devoted hockey fan and avid reader.

Dr. McKay Dendy
Veterinarian
Dr. McKay Dendy started working at Trophy Club Animal Hospital in 2017 as a kennel technician, where she discovered her passion for veterinary medicine. She subsequently attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she got her degree in Kinesiology and Health Education. While there, she also trained and rode 4,000 miles across the country on a bike to raise money for cancer research. She then returned to Texas to attend Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine, where she received her DVM in May of 2025. Dr. Dendy’s professional interests include ophthalmology, surgery and nutrition. She is also Fear Free certified and strives to minimize patient stress in the hospital.
Outside of work, Dr. Dendy loves to travel, try new workouts, and watch Longhorn football. She lives with her fiancé, Reagan, her English Bull Terrier, Nala, and her two cats, Mochi and Noodle.

Lauren Blair
Receptionist Manager
In her free time, she enjoys entertaining, baking, and spending time with her son, daughter, husband, and their three fur children: Paris, Gnocchi and Olaf.

Renita Tremble
Receptionist
Renita was born and raised in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Her first job in veterinary medicine was working in an animal shelter vaccine only clinic drawing up vaccines, collecting payment, and filling out rabies certificates.
She moved to Texas in 2001 with her husband, Jeff, and started working in a small animal hospital as a receptionist in Fort Worth. She loves animals and working with them. She also enjoys interacting with clients and meeting new people.
She shares her home with her husband Jeff and her 2 Cavaliers- Stonee and Roc.
Renita enjoys reading suspense novels, reading travel blogs, and traveling. She has 2 sons and 4 granddaughters that she enjoys spending time with.

Lauren Cowles, LVT
Practice Manager/Licensed Veterinary Technician
Lauren enjoys life outside of work with her husband, Michael, her 3 dogs- Lilly, Lobo, and Ronin, and her cat Mila. She greatly enjoys the outdoors traveling and hiking, listening to live music, and visiting wineries.

Kaytlyn Hensarling
Veterinary Technician
Kaytlyn is very active outside of work and enjoys attending concerts and riding ATVs with her boyfriend. She also loves spending time with her family and friends.
Her fur family includes Whiskey and Daisy (both pitbulls), Pixie Dust (pocket pittie), and Rusty (german shepherd).

Delaine Mitchell
Kennel Technician Manager/Veterinary Technician
Delaine joined the team in January 2019 with 10 years of experience as a veterinary technician. She has 3 dogs, 3 cats, 9 chickens, and 2 goats on her little farm (so far). Pictured is her dachshund mix Remmy. Delaine has always had a passion for working with animals and takes great pride in helping them be happy and healthy. When she is not at work you can find her tending to her farm animals and gardens, as well as hiking, fishing, and doing anything outdoors with her family.

Sydni Jackson, LVT
Office Manager/Licensed Veterinary Technician
Trophy Club Animal Hospital is fortunate to have Sydni on its team. Sydni joined TCAH in May of 2017 with 9 years of experience as a veterinary technician, and we affectionately call her our “cat whisperer.” She possesses a profound passion for delivering exceptional care to all animals while emphasizing their comfort and well-being. Sydni is known for her kindness, compassion, and extensive knowledge of animal healthcare.
Sydni shares her home with her husband, Zach, their daughter, twin boys, and their fur kids: Benny the lab mix, Millie the chihuahua mix, and Pippin the cat. During her leisure time, she enjoys visiting local breweries, trying out new restaurants, and spending quality moments with her family.

Elizabeth Marti
Veterinary Technician
Outside of work, Elizabeth can often be found tackling the challenge of brushing her 4-pound Chihuahua’s teeth or persuading her daughter to sit while she brushes her hair. She is always eager to engage in enjoyable outdoor activities.

Sami Covington
Veterinary Technician/Receptionist
Before joining the TCAH team in July 2019, Sami worked at a boarding facility for 2 years. She has always dreamed of working with animals for a living as it is where she is the happiest! Sami loves being able to learn new things about veterinary medicine every day. She uses her great attention to detail to make sure each pet is getting the best care during their visits at TCAH. Sami’s hobbies include traveling and fishing with her husband and going to the park with her 4 fur kids, Jax, Mercy, Nova, and Chapo.

Peyton Cherry
Veterinary Technician
Peyton graduated from Tarrant County College with an associates degree in Art. Peyton loves to learn about veterinary medicine and is especially interested in parasitology. Peyton enjoys meeting each patient and enjoys spoiling them during their appointments at Trophy Club Animal Hospital.
Peyton’s hobbies include painting, exploring national parks, spending time with her husband- Hudson, and spoiling their fur babies: Gunner, the blue tick hound, Apollo, the Doberman, and Triton, the German shepherd.

Erika Gantz
Veterinary Technician
One special feline that holds a unique place in Erika’s heart is Tiger, her 19-year-old tabby cat. Tiger’s presence in her life brings joy and companionship.
Beyond her dedication to the welfare of animals, Erika possesses a range of interests. She has a keen enthusiasm for cats and spends her free time crocheting and playing games.
With an ambitious goal in sight, Erika aspires to continue her education and become a veterinarian. This drive fuels her commitment to the well-being of animals and her desire to provide them with the best possible care.

Madison Williams
Veterinary Technician
Madison has been a part of TCAH since 2022 and was born and raised here in Trophy Club. She is attending Texas A&M University, majoring in biomedical sciences pre-vet. After college, she plans to attend veterinary school at Texas A&M as well. Madison passed her Certified Veterinary Assistant exam in May 2023! She enjoys meeting each and every one of your sweet pets here at Trophy Club Animal Hospital. In her free time, you’ll find her hiking with her dog, Rascal, or spending time out on the lake with her family.

Aubrey Jackson
Kennel Technician
Aubrey is a dedicated animal lover who has been working at Trophy Club Animal Hospital since 2019. Given her passion for furry creatures, she started volunteering at the hospital, and over time, she worked her way up the ranks to become a proud employee in 2022.
In addition to her professional endeavors at the hospital, Aubrey also has a hobby of professional modeling. She enjoys taking part in photoshoots and modeling events when she has free time.
When not at work or modeling, Aubrey likes to go on travel adventures with her family and friends. Despite her busy schedule, she always dedicates time and love to her sweet 9-year-old King Charles Cavalier, Charlie.

Abbey Dwyer

Abbey is a college student currently attending Tarleton State University, studying Pre-Veterinary Medicine with hopes of attending graduate school to become a veterinarian. TCAH has the privilege of having her with us during school holidays and summer breaks. Abbey prides herself on being a helping hand around the clinic, soaking up every bit of knowledge before returning to school. She aspires to have a career working as a large animal veterinarian in the future, while continuing to spoil and care for animals of all kinds. Abbey loves making every patient as comfortable and happy as possible during their visits here, ensuring they go home having received the care they deserve.
When she is not working, she spends her time drawing and taking care of her non-human babies: Oscar (a snake), Draco (a bearded dragon), her dogs Stella and PJ, and her cats Disney and Pixar.

Peyton King
Kennel Technician
Peyton has worked at Trophy Club Animal Hospital since September 2022, though her passion for animals began during childhood. At work, Peyton finds joy in learning about the various conditions animals can experience and discovering ways to provide them with the necessary treatment. Additionally, she thoroughly enjoys working with the grooming and boarding dogs at the hospital.
Apart from her professional life, Peyton has been actively involved in competitive cheer for eight years. She also possesses a love for music and participates in choir activities. Peyton values spending quality time with her family members, and three beloved dogs: Maggie Mae, Lucy, and Callie.

Rachel Park
Kennel Technician
Rachel is a biology pre-med student at Texas Woman’s University with aspirations of becoming a veterinarian. In May 2024, she earned her Certified Veterinary Assistant credential and began working at Trophy Club Animal Hospital, where she is gaining valuable hands-on experience.
Rachel is especially passionate about understanding the science behind animal health and behavior, with a particular interest in marine life and dogs.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her Maltese, Mickey, and exploring new coffee and tea spots while traveling.

Mary Cox
Kennel Technician
Mary has been a proud employee at Trophy Club Animal Hospital since 2023, when she moved back to DFW to pursue nursing after a year of going to school in Amarillo. She followed a veterinary track throughout high school, and is now attending the UT Arlington School of Nursing and is set to graduate in August 2026.
Outside of her work life, she enjoys living as a social butterfly. While not at the clinic, you can find her at church, on a body of water, in a new city, at her desk (studying!), at a hot yoga class, or at home with her dog Birdie, a pointer mix.

Skylar Beun
Kennel Technician
Skylar has been a valued member of the Trophy Club Animal Hospital team since August 2024. With a lifelong passion for animals, she takes pride in caring for pets during appointments, grooming, and boarding. Each day at the clinic offers a new opportunity to learn and connect with the wonderful cats and dogs that come through the doors.
Outside of the clinic, Skylar is a senior at Byron Nelson High School and plans to attend Dallas Baptist University to pursue a career as a teacher and coach. She also has a sweet pup named Nova who brings plenty of fun and love to her life. Skylar is grateful to be part of a team that treats every pet like family.

Dominique Espinosa
Groomer
Dominique had 8 years experience as a full time groomer before joining TCAH in 2017, and is exceptionally talented. She specializes in poodles of all sizes and toy breeds. She is passionate about providing excellent service for our clients and their pets. Dominique is a great asset to our Trophy Club Animal Hospital family.
When not grooming, Dominique enjoys spending time with her family and watching her son play baseball.

Rose Lonce
Groomer
Rose has been grooming at TCAH since 2019. She came to our team with 25+ years of grooming experience. Rose attended grooming school in Florida and is a certified professional dog groomer. She was also a grooming instructor for 5 years. Rose absolutely LOVES grooming and teaching. Rose’s favorite breed to groom are Bichon Frise and she has been called the “Bichon Lady.” In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband, Andrew, and visiting their 3 grown children and 10 grandchildren. Rose loves traveling, camping, fishing, riding roller coasters, and playing frisbee golf.
